Known Issues - Updated 05/28/2019

Hello players,
 
Below is the list of issues that are under investigation or scheduled to be fixed.
 

Map-related issues are generally not included in this list, but please be advised that these also continue to be under investigation, scheduled to be fixed, and ultimately resolved. Every piece of player feedback and report received is extremely helpful in this endeavor.


We will be sure to share the ongoing progress of the issues that are most frequently reported. 

Disclaimer: We have reviewed and prioritized our known issues list by player feedback levels and removed issues that have extremely low report frequency. The issues that have been removed are still on our radar but will be fixed at a later date.


 

Resolved Issues
These are issues which were patched on the live server from the “Scheduled To Be Fixed” category

  • A specific skin for the level 1 backpack does not align with the backpack model

 

Scheduled To Be Fixed

These issues have been already resolved. They will be applied in an upcoming live server patch

  •  

 

Under Investigation / Fix In Progress

These are issues that are under investigation or in the process of being resolved

  • Other characters land in parachutes temporarily enter the ground when the network environment is poor
  • After exiting a match, players can become stuck on a loading screen and are unable to rejoin the lobby
  • A phenomenon in which throwables appear to be cut off when the network environment is poor
  • The throwables appears to roll to the floor when the network environment is not good
  • Very rarely when driving a vehicle and interacting with an object while affected by poor network connectivity, vehicles can flip uncontrollably 
  • Fainting and dying at the position of the terrain when passing over the terrain
  • Occasionally loading screen remains when entering the lobby
  • Some objects in specific vehicles are not penetrable 
  • If a gun is discarded during a gun reload, the sound of a re-arm is maintained and printed
  • With KoreanRating enabled and using an Adrenaline Syringe or Medkit, the item use sound is not audible
  • The AWM's audible reload range is significantly lower compared to other SRs
  • When selecting a custom game, the number of joined users is sometimes incorrect
  • Reversing speed of the Aquarail is faster than intended
  • In specific stances, character limb models overlap when reloading the R45 and AKM 
  • Specific male hairstyle appearance doesn't match the thumbnail
  • When in Warmode, the automatic firing mode setting is ignored
  • Players are unable to connect to matches when the system menu is opened using the ESC key during matchmaking
  • After unequipping and re-equipping charms, an additional floating charm can be generated
  • In replays, the smoke UI timer doesn't sync correctly when the replay is skipped
  • With an extended mag attached to the Tommy Gun, weapon charms will overlap
  • When watching a player in replay or spectator mode, some UI elements can temporarily disappear 
  • Vehicle deaths caused by other vehicles are not displayed in the killfeed for observers
  • Certain vehicles don't display the dashboard information while driving
  • Rarely in very specific circumstances, parachute landings could cause the client to crash
  • Enabling "Character Rendering" in the inventory UI can cause the mouse cursor to disappear and restrict movement
  • After specific steps, the throwable item icon can become overlapped with other throwables
  • Characters at a distance of more than 50 meters appear to stand up without any fluid animation when rising from lowered stances
  • Items cannot be acquired when the loot crate is dropped from a specific location on Vikendi
  • in Custom matches, MK47s will spawn even if the MK47 spawn rate is set to zero 
  • When a player has been DBNO while ADSing, the player will automatically return to the ADS state after being revived

  • In the lobby, the BP appears as N/A and the message "Matchmaking Failed" is displayed
    • Please contact customer support with screenshots of your own lobby. The issue is due to an issue with inventory information

    • Sometimes when the server is unstable, actions that consume BP such as character customization are made multiple times in a series, consuming a large. Please take a screenshot of your lobby and contact customer support
  • "Occasionally players can crash  when landing their parachute
    • Please contact customer support by compressing and attaching the folder below
          (C:/Users/(Users folder)/AppData/Local/TslGame/Saved/Crash)"

These issues have been already resolved. They will be applied in an upcoming live server patch

  • During the rolling animation when parachuting, players can be killed or knocked when landing in specific areas
  • Reload animation when affected by a stun grenade isn't fluid
  • Throwables are able to pass through barbed wire fences
  • When a player's back is pushed against the corner of an object, the camera will slightly jitter
  • After the final kill of a match, the game freezes temporarily for players and observers

  • The killfeed message is inaccurate when a player is killed by grenades in specific scenarios
  • An error message is output when attempting to replace a cooked throwable with a throwable in the inventory
  • In rare cases, other players can appear to float in the air while running
  • In specific circumstances, vehicle steering can become hard to control even when driving on normal terrain
  • chocoTaco's parachute skin item does not display the logo when worn by a female character

These are issues which were patched on the live server from the “Scheduled To Be Fixed” category

  • The ammo information of the weapon in the inventory does not show or the ammo information of each equipped weapon is swapped
  • After rejoining the game while the player was in a vehicle, the vehicle disappears after rejoining the game.
  • The weapon of another player temporarily remains in the air

These issues have been already resolved. They will be applied in the next live server patch.

  • When the TukShai rolls downhill by itself, it can go through the character even after they collide.
  • When the character dies, the corpse of the dead character immediately disappears
  • Care package drops on a location that players cannot reach
