Need assistance?

  • You can reach out for help if you’re playing PUBG on Steam or Xbox.
  • For issues that need evidence, please attach related screenshots/video clips. This will speed up the process greatly.
  • For inquiries related to Steam or Microsoft’s accounts and hardware issues, please contact relevant customer support.

  2. You can select a preferred language.




 Search your inquiry on “FAQ”.

  1. Or select the type of your inquiry from the list.
  2. For example, if you’re trying to report a player for use of an unauthorized program, click “REPORTS & RESTRICTIONS”.




A.    If you have found a relevant article:

  1. Click on the title.
  2. If the article hasn’t solved your problem and you need further support, please click on the “Submit a request” button to ask for further support.





B.     If you have failed to find a relevant article:

  1. Please click on the “Submit a request” button on the top right to reach out for further support.




 Submit a request

  • You can either sign in or stay signed out when you submit a request.
  • In most cases, “FAQs” and the “Community” can solve your problems. Therefore, please make sure you go through both of them before submitting a request.
  • If you submit a request after signing up, you can keep a record of your request history. If you submit a request without signing in, you can receive your answers via email.
  1. Submitting a request after signing in

A.    Singing up

  1. Click “Sign in”.
  2. From the pop-up window, click “Sign up”.
  3. Write your name, email and hit the “Sign up” button.
  4. Click the link in your verification email.
  5. Once you’ve setup your password, you’re in.






B.     Submitting a request

  1. You can either click on the “Submit a request” button on the top right corner or the on at the bottom of the page.
  2. Please fill in the blanks and attach files as needed.  
  3. Click the “Submit” button to complete.




2. Submitting a request without signing in

  1. You can either click on the “Submit a request” button on the top right corner or the on at the bottom of the page.
  2.   Please fill in the blanks and attach files as needed.
  3. After completing the form, verify yourself and click on the “Submit” button in order to submit a request.

  • It’s always helpful when you’re more specific with your inquiries. For example, if your game is experiencing network issues, it’s better to give us a detailed report - “Since the first day of this week, my game has been lagging in random areas of the map Erangel. It does not happen on the new map and also occurs only when I’m driving in a vehicle.” rather than - “Your worthless game’s lagging all the time, fix it!!!”  The more relevant details you provide, the better we will be able to help you.


  1. When submitting a request while you’re signed in

                         i.         Preferred Support Language(option): Select your preferred support language.


                        ii.         Game Nickname(*): You can find it in the top right corner of your lobby screen.


                       iii.         Select Platform(*): Choose your platform.


                       iv.         Server(*): The server your issue occurred on.


                        v.         Issue(*): Select your category.

a.     Game -> Game Play: General inquiries about errors/bugs/crashes etc. during gameplay.

b.     Reports -> Report: Report issues other than hack or unauthorized program related issues.

c.     Reports -> Hack/Cheat: Report hack or unauthorized program related issues.

d.     Miscellaneous -> Account: Report problems with your PUBG account.

e.     Miscellaneous -> Purchase/Missing: Never received item or if your item is missing. Please provide proof. In some cases, you might need to ask for extra support from Steam/Microsoft at their support pages.


                       vi.         Subject(*): If you type your keyword, Suggested articles will show automatically. It’s best to go through these articles before you submit your request.


                      vii.         Description(*): Please be as specific as possible.


                     viii.         After agreeing to the terms, attach file(s) if needed and submit your inquiry. The file you attach cannot exceed the size of 20MB,

                         there is no limit on how many files you can attach. You can also host large videos elsewhere and submit them as a link in the description above.


       2. Submitting a request when signed out: All the steps are the same, except for the following two.

                         i.         Your email address(*): You will receive your answers through email address you provide.


                        ii.         Verify yourself(*): Please verify that you are human.
