  1. Not sure if it's a gpu problem but: Everytime I play for a long period of time (ie 1-2 hours) the game would suddeny start losing fps. Fraps would still show 60-70fps bit every quarter of a second or so I would lose 5 frames. It's not like that 10 fps look, but more like cutting out frame from a 60 fps video. Specs: Ryzen 5 1600 16gb DDR4 2133MHz MSI RX 580 8GB 240GB SSD
  2. Normally, the game runs... alright. Getting anywhere between 40 and 70 fps depending on the location and action - nothing great, but bearable I guess. However, when I get into a close quarters firefight with another player, my framerate tanks horribly, going into single digits and even freezing for a second sometimes, mostly while I'm getting shot at. Here's video illustration of the issue from my live stream. I apologise for the strong language; I was obviously a bit frustrated at that moment. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/217296460 Others have also recorded and reported similar experiences: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HsejUreGiew Date Seen:Started along with 1.0 release and has been going on ever since Server: Live; EU & NA Error Message: N/A Other Information: I have seen many mentions of this behaviour, and they seem to converge on high-detail rendering of blood splatters when close up. Cannot confirm anything, though, of course. Troubleshooting Attempted: Updated graphics card driver (to Radeon Software 17.12.1) Installed important Windows updates Tried disabling Death Cam, Replays and both of these features Tried running both in borderless window and fullscreen All to no avail. Launch Options: I normally run the game with no launch options, but during the troubleshooting I have tried these combinations, all to no avail: -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -d3d10 -maxMem=18000 -malloc=system -force-feature-level-11-0 -USEALLAVAILABLECORES System Specifications: Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit SP1 Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition (Pitcairn XT) 2GB CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 RAM: 32GB DDR4-2133 in dual channel Pagefile config: 2048 ~ 16384 MB on HDD + 256 ~ 2048 MB on SSD I use these graphics settings:
  3. Many people are facing this issue the fix is simple go to options and then gameplay, scroll down and uncheck replay and deathcam. Thats all.
  4. Hey, Felt fast and responsive in pre-game landing map. Then in game either immediately or a few mins into game, it starts to stutter horribly! Making you feel a bit nasueous. NA servers worse, but EU servers too. Both me and friend had exact same issues. Please revert update, this is almost unplayable and does make you feel sick watching the screen when its doing this. -tylster
  5. Having a polling rate higher than 500 on your mouse, makes the game unplayable since you can't aim at all, essentially. It makes it laggy and stuttery and the mouse moves 2cm on the screen when you move your mouse from one side of a large mousepad to the other.
  6. Bug Description: Every three or so matches, the game starts micro stuttering constantly. Legitimately tries to make me motion sick. One game, I'll be running along fine, 120-ish frames per second, then the next I'll be down to about 20-30, with intensive .05 second stutters with every move of the camera. I'll re-launch, everything is fine. Memory stays at about 59% usage, CPU at 70. Shadowplay does not pick up the stutter, though I haven't tried recording with OBS. This legit makes the game nauseating to play, problem is, everything seems to be in order hardware-wise Date Seen: 12/25/2017 (ish been noticing it since 1.0 release) Server: Live Troubleshooting Attempted: Re-launching game (works) lowering GFX Settings (doesn't seem to have any effect), Play while running CPUID HWMonitor (temps and everything seem to be in order Max of 60 C on CPU and about 75 on GPU Other Information: N/A Launch Options: N/A System Specifications:
  7. My fps is always high (+70) but the game is still stuttering. I noticed that if I use different screen with 1920x1080 resolution everything is okay. Stuttering happens all the time and my fps counter can't detect any drops of fps. Here is 2 second video of this happening. Yes it's very short but it's the clearest that i have right now. This started few weeks ago with some patch, dont remember exact time. I have tried without gsync but that doesn't help. Only thing that helps is lowering resolution to full hd, but that is not the ideal solution. Image is too blurry with that resolution. My specs: Acer predator X34A I7-6700K GTX-1080 Gigabyte GA-Z170-GAIMING K3-EU Corsair 2x16GB Vengeance LPX Black, DDR 2400MHz, C
  8. I get around 45 => 60 FPS (rain or lots of things going on => out in the open or looking down range), and the gameplay is pretty smooth for everything except picking up loot. Is there anything in my specs that's hurting me or is it just that the game hasn't been fully optimized? Pressing F or using TAB lags at least 1/2 second. i'm not whining, 50% of my time in pubg is spent looting and the constant stuttering/lag when picking stuff up is killing it for me. Note: I've tried with/without reshade and it makes no difference, picking up loot is painfully slow either way. Specs: Game installed on dedicated Samsung Evo SSD i7-4710HQ GTX 970m 16gb RAM Running Reshade (see note above) - AdaptiveSharpen - Clarity - HDR Game Settings: NA Server 1920*1080 Fullscreen
  9. Bug Description: Sometimes my mouse won't go anywhere I want, like if it was in a bad surface. It happens just sometimes and it's not low framerate, as I can do other things normally. Date Seen: 17/05/2017 Server: Not on TEST server. Troubleshooting Attempted: I tried to use fullscreen instead (previously in windowed) and adjusted the video settings to the lowest graphics. Other Information: My monitor is an ultrawide 21:9. Because it already had some problems in the menu and the in-game is too zoomed in, I switched to windowed. Maybe it's because the cursor leaves the game screen. Launch Options: Just AFTER I noticed the problem. Memory allocation. System Specifications: Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64 bits Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4CPUs), ~3.2GHz Ram: 8GB
  10. Since the last patch, I have been getting lag during firefights. I haven't placed exactly what causes it yet. A few firefights are fine. Most have lag. It always seems to start in the beginning and then get better 3-4 seconds later.

    Game Stuttering

At first i thought it was the vram usage but even with everything on very low it is still stuttering, and im getting "good" fps (35-50) Drivers are up to date Launch settings: -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -malloc=system -sm4 Specs: rx 460 2gb (upgrading soon) fx-8320 (oc 4ghz) 8gb ram (upgrading to 16gb soon) I understand the game doesn't have the best optimization yet but watching streams and such no one really seems to have this issue?
  12. So, every update this problem seems to get worse. Bug Description: Whenever I'm fighting, or shots are being fired, my frame rate drops significantly. It's extremely frustrating, since I can play a smooth game, then I fire a shot and suddenly I'm dead and I've maybe seen one or two intermediate frames Date Seen: Every time I've played since 2 weeks ago. Server: Standard Troubleshooting Attempted: System Reboot Other Information: Changing graphics options does not impact (both up or down) Launch Options: -malloc=system -USEALLAVAILABLECORES System Specifications:
  13. Bug Description: The game does not load the buildings and surrounding area load in very bad quality very low fps , sound is stuttering. sometimes not often nor systematically the game crashes with this error message when I'm in game http://imgur.com/xsNEyd5 (AGAIN THE CTDs ARE NOT SYSTEMATIC DO NOT MERGE MY THREAD TO ANOTHER THREAD) Date Seen: Post April Monthly update Server: Any servers Troubleshooting Attempted: - I tried to reinstall the game - Change game from HDD to primary SSD - Tried to update GPU drivers ( the game was a bit better before) - Did a memtest86 on 7 sectors - Did a primary HDD sector test - Paging file update - Switch to high performance - Removed Settings folder Other Information: The game does not even load to the lobby properly anymore The game was fine before the update Launch Options: I tried with and without -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -malloc=system -sm4 System Specifications: Operating System: windows 10 Graphics Card: 980 TI CPU: I5- 6600k Ram: 24GB
  14. Hey fellow survivors! I got a problem which keeps me from playing the game. I got all my Graphic Options set to "Very low" except for Textures which I set to "Medium". My game runs on low FPS the whole time which is kind of fine by me. During the falling/parachute phase I got some short freezes but I am able to land on positions I intend to land on. BUT! Once I land on the ground my game turns into an absolute mess. I got 1 Frame per 30 seconds and can do absolutely nothing. After about 2-3 minutes I am at least able to press "ESC" and leave the match but there is no way for me to play. I already lowered the graphic options to the lowest possible and put the screen scale down to 85, updated all my drivers and also used the "-USEALLAVAILABLECORES -malloc=system -sm4" for startup settings. Nothing really works. Do you guys have any idea what could solve that problem, or do I just have to wait for the developers to adress this issue? P.S: My gaming setup is not the best but I am able to play GTA V on Medium/High or Battlefield 4 on Medium/High so I dont think its about my setup. Thanks in advance!
