  1. For the last few days I've been getting "the server is busy" messages after almost every round! Anyway, I was on the NA server playing Miramar and encountered some very strange lag issues and I rarely see lag issues on that map. In one case I just hung in the air then suddenly was on a building, etc. The next issue was where I heard a player approaching and I crouched down and waited for him near the doorway, then ZOOM, I'm suddenly outside the building and have to fight for my life (lost that battle). I hadn't even touched my move keys! Replay was mostly recorded at 75% speed for that last part.
  2. Noticing a huge amount of Network Lag and other lag issues on the test server after the 12/11 update. Anyone Else?
  3. After almost two weeks of trying just about everything manageable to stop having issues with desyc I may have finally found a solution. Please keep in mind that this change may only resolve client desync and that any server lagg or desync will not be affected by this change. What was suggested to me by a teammate was to disable the system paging of memory to the hard drive. It sounds irrelevant but after doing so just about all of my desync issues have been eradicated. Pickups and doors feel smooth, falling from the plane no longer freezes midway for a few seconds, and I have been able to notice a great difference in hit placement especially at long distances on all servers. To do this you simply follow the screenshots below and set your system to use "no paging file". I run a Server OS but your menus should be very similar. Please ask me if you need any help locating these options. Be sure to restart your PC after making changes and verify that the pagefile is still set to "no paging file" and shows "0 MB". From what I can gather it seems as though the game has an issue with the caching of memory data while using a pagefile. Since the current build of the game does just about all of the calculations client side and then sends those results to the server to update all other clients after the fact there may be a delay or fault in between the client processing the memory and that data being sent. I am using an M.2 SSD and can only imagine that players using an RPM disk would benefit even more from this change. I am unable to verify if the game just has an issue with select types of hard drives or if this will help all players globally. If you have been having desyc issues with your client and have the administrator rights to do so please give this solution a try and post your results below. If this does indeed fix the issue globally for users I believe this information can then be passed on to the development team to tweak and resolve the client desync completely.
  4. Кто нибудь знает толковое объяснение тому, что чем меньше людей остается в матче, тем хуже становится пинг и задержка. Я понимаю, что люди начинают кучковаться в меньшей области и все дела, но вначале игры, когда 100 человек стоит на островке - ситуация, по логике, должна быть еще более пагубной, а выходит наоборот. Вначале двери открываются (оружие перезаряжается, вещи выбрасываются) в два раза быстрее, чем когда остается <50 человек. В итоге 2 секунды дэлэя делают игру не играбельной.
  5. Hey everyone, I just wanted to make this post, just to avoid any confusion where people actually believe Early Access is going to be bug free/latency free and it's going to be the full game. I'm sorry to say that this is not the case. Early Access is a paid beta for people who wish to still help with testing. Of course we get to play the game as much as we want without waiting for the weekends to arrive. However; just be aware that Early Access is going to last for around 6 months before the game enters the full retail release. This means, over the course of the next 6 months, the developers are going to work on fixing the latency issues, FPS issues and other random bugs and crashes that we all encounter. So this means, we should still continue to make the reports on these forums, when something happens. I'm just saying all this because I know most of you understand what an Early Access is, but there are those, who will make posts within days of the Early Access saying "omg it sucks, why did I pay for such a buggy game!!" something along those lines. Anywho, take care ... 15 minutes of work left and then home .... where I can't play PUBG for 2 more days :'(
