  1. Bug Description: When pressing alt+tab to go to another window, my character always automatically shifts his camera to the east and if I am on auto-run I start to run that way. This bug happens on all servers, and even when changing from fullscreen-windowed to windowed to fullscreen. Date Seen: For the past month. Server: NA, AS, EU Troubleshooting Attempted: Verified game cache files, uninstalled RESHADER program, uninstalled and reinstalled PUBG game, turned off launch options, reset windows update to previous ones, restarted computer. Other Information: This bug does NOT happen when I press ESCAPE to open up the main menu and then alt-tab. Launch Options: Tried with -sm4 on and off. System Specifications: Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 640bit (6.1, Build 7601) Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB CPU: Intel Core i7-6700k @ 4 GHz (8CPUs) Ram: 16gb The easiest way to get this information is to hold the windows button and R to open the run dialog, then type in "dxdiag" and take a screenshot of the "System" and "Display 1" tabs. I play on my second display so I included that screenshot as well. I would really appreciate some help here. Thank you!
  2. Wonder why you can’t quite figure out where that shot is coming from? It’s most likely not your fault, it’s still the game’s. I first noticed this when I was walking around waiting for a match to start, trying to figure out which character is attached to what voice isn’t that easy, while it should be fairly easy... right? What’s in front of you is centered, what’s to your right should be panned hard-right, however when you’re running, walking, turning or whatever, the position where the sound comes from is delayed. Meaning that it takes a - idk, a few hundred milliseconds ? - for PUBG to play the sound from the right “direction”. For instance, when there is a shot coming from exactly NW, but you’re spinning in circles for whatever reason, the gunshot sound will **NOT** come from exactly NW because the panning is behind - idk, a few hundred milliseconds ? -. Idk if this is a bug, or whether or not Bluehole intended it to be like this, it shouldn’t be there in a game like this.
  3. Bug Description: HRTF, aka virtual surround sound, is not working as intended or is disabled. One of the mods claimed that HRTF is in the game, however, I have yet to have proof that it is working. I've watched many streamers with a large variety of hardware configurations and none of their streams have HRTF working. HRTF simulates directional sound the way we hear it IRL. Due to the limitations of headphones and other 2 speaker configurations, it is impossible to get this type of realism without some sort of sound processing. Front, back, up and down all sound exactly the same in PUBG, indicating that HRTF is not working. A while back a dev/mod stated that PUBG has HRTF. I have yet to have experienced it, just like many other players. Look on the Steam forums to see how widespread this issue really is. Date Seen: 9/25/2017 Server: Live Troubleshooting Attempted: Updated sound drivers. Reset all config files. Reinstalled PUBG. Turned virtual surround on/off in my audio driver. Other Information: In other games such as Overwatch and CS:GO, HRTF works as intended. Example of working HRTF in CS:GO. Launch Options: None. System Specifications: Operating System: Windows 7 x64 Graphics Card: GTX 1080 CPU: Xeon X5690 Ram: 24 GB DDR3
  4. I can't turn around at all on my character. I've tweaked any and all manual issues that I can find. I can walk forward and sideways, but can't turn. If I try, it simply moves the camera.

Bug Description: On the roof of the 'police station' in the western part of Georgopol you can see that some of the stone plates on top of the actual wall have their face normals pointing towards the wrong direction, which gives the impression of being able to look inside the stone plates. Looking at the ground you will also notice that the stone plates do seem to cast shadows while the actual walls do not. Date Seen: Several times, last time: 18th of June 2017 Server: Normal server, NOT the test server Troubleshooting Attempted: Restart didn't help - this problem becomes obvious everytime I go to these places. Other Information: I am pretty sure that this is true for all of the police stations on the map (Yasnaya Polyana,...) as these police stations all seem to be based on the same template - so fixing the actual asset should fix it for all locations anyway. Launch Options: No, never changed any launch options or INI files. System Specifications: Operating System: Win10 x64 Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce 980 Ti (Palit Super Jetstream) CPU: Intel Core i7 6700k Ram: 32 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3000 Latest drivers, updates, firmware, bios for everything.
  6. Have a nice day, dear support and players. I'm playing this game from the release date and all the time i'm flaming because of that. There is no chance ti understand, from where your enemies shooting you. I'm playing on a not bad sound card (creative SB 5.1) and with 5.1 sound system which helps me in other games perfectly. I always know, where is standing a guy, who is shoting me. In CS, Rainbox 6, Squad, Arma 2/3. In all games but not here. I'm not talking about the whistle of bullets and other sound, i'm talking just about a sound of a single shots. Totally , sound can from the left back and a guy in front on the right side. All other different situations when you dying just because of the sounds! It is the BIGGEST broblem for me and for other players who play on physical 5.1 / 7.1 and other real surround. I read the update where was information how forming the sound of shoting, but in some thing it is not as in real. Please, i hope it will be fixed in some weeks. Other players who know this problem, right about it here pls.
