  1. All this is thought for FPP. In TPP this works because you can see your whole body. The effect of blood coming out of your body has to be improved. Depending on where you are shot, whether in the head, chest, shoulders, arms, hip, etc. the blood that comes out of your body should come out with the opposite direction from where it hits. In this way, by observing the blood, you will receive more accurate information about the enemy's direction. The only important thing is to make the blood effect detectable from any angle seen from first person. I think it's a great way of feedback to better understand where you are shot from.
  2. Normally, the game runs... alright. Getting anywhere between 40 and 70 fps depending on the location and action - nothing great, but bearable I guess. However, when I get into a close quarters firefight with another player, my framerate tanks horribly, going into single digits and even freezing for a second sometimes, mostly while I'm getting shot at. Here's video illustration of the issue from my live stream. I apologise for the strong language; I was obviously a bit frustrated at that moment. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/217296460 Others have also recorded and reported similar experiences: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HsejUreGiew Date Seen:Started along with 1.0 release and has been going on ever since Server: Live; EU & NA Error Message: N/A Other Information: I have seen many mentions of this behaviour, and they seem to converge on high-detail rendering of blood splatters when close up. Cannot confirm anything, though, of course. Troubleshooting Attempted: Updated graphics card driver (to Radeon Software 17.12.1) Installed important Windows updates Tried disabling Death Cam, Replays and both of these features Tried running both in borderless window and fullscreen All to no avail. Launch Options: I normally run the game with no launch options, but during the troubleshooting I have tried these combinations, all to no avail: -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -d3d10 -maxMem=18000 -malloc=system -force-feature-level-11-0 -USEALLAVAILABLECORES System Specifications: Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit SP1 Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition (Pitcairn XT) 2GB CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 RAM: 32GB DDR4-2133 in dual channel Pagefile config: 2048 ~ 16384 MB on HDD + 256 ~ 2048 MB on SSD I use these graphics settings:
  3. Bug Description: There was an enemy ~400m away and i hit him more than 7 times i know that because i could see the blood feedback in every single shot, but this fella refused to die. (Looks like i was missing the shoots in replay because there is some kind of bug with aim in replays). So after the match i watched the replay and when i change to his perspective, there was an object (some kind of fence) that wasn't rendered in my perspective. PS: The blood feedback only appeared during the game, not in replay. Bugs: - An object that can stop a bullet was not rendered. - I received the blood feedback even when my shots was not hitting him. Date Seen: 21/12/2017 19:00:00 GMT - 2 Server: Normal game - South America #Miramar #DUO TPP Other Information: Sorry about the low quality video and my rusty english. System Specifications: Operating System: Win 10 Graphics Card: GTX 960 CPU: AMD SIXCORE 6300 Ram: 8GB
  4. When you alt-tab from the game in spectator view of a teammate, if they take any damage whilst you are alt-tabbed(And spectating them) then all their blood(usually noticeable when they're outside of the zone) shows up at once on your screen, caking the edges of your screen in a ring of blood. It fades after a moment and isnt very important, since only the spectator can see it, but it happens pretty often for me and I just keep noticing it
  5. did they removed it with last patch? I hope its just a bug and will be fixed. Also its not just me, all the streamers had the same, seems simply gone. ;(
  6. Hi, I'm not quite sure if this actually is a bug or intended, but as there was nothing about that in the patch notes. Blood effects and along with it hit indication has been reduced drastically after the last monthly update. I'm really not a fan of this change as it is very hard to tell whether your shots hit the target or not now especially on range. However I'd prefer a well implemented hit marker system anyway. Maybe you can think about this for the future. Greetings Ir0n
