  1. Temporary bans take place to investigate the report, if insufficient evidence is found to support the report they will be unbanned.  This system is in place to ensure that permanent bans are placed correctly.

If you still believe that this user is cheating, and you have evidence to support this, please report them through https://support.pubg.com

This topic will now be locked as there is no further discussion to be had regarding this subject, and historically posts like these descend into naming and shaming, as well as other rule violations.

No, just no. This stupid „Have you tried turning it off and on again“ does NOT work. We‘re not stupid.

You broke it in an update on Friday, so either fix it or roll it back to the previous state. Release for the map is supposed to be tommorow, better not bring that bug into live servers.

Please remember to follow the rules of the forum. Being rude to members of staff will not be tolerated, especially when they're running you through a list of known and tested steps which in the majority of cases solve the issue.

If you have followed the instructions given by @PUBG_Sheepy after the maintenance, altered to fit the Test client (rather than live), then there is nothing else we can suggest to solve your issue.

The team will investigate the cause.

VPN. Same story is in EU - CH overload with their lags and stuff which makes this game really bad.Thats something more that desync, when they play actly diffrent game than you, and you suddenly die.

Just for clarification, matching is done on a ping basis, not IP. Using a VPN would change the origin location by IP, but as the ping generally remains the same, or becomes worse, they would not be able to use this to choose their server region.

Surely there is some kind of system that tracks reviewed reports and then you "mark" them as completed with 1 or more options a couple of which initiate the prompt we see.

    1. Acknowledge they need further investigation which prompts the first message we get.
    2. You straight up ban them because it is so obvious and so many people reported them, which prompts the other notification we get.
    3. You saw nothing to warrant any further action - which could be set to then prompt us with such notification that it was reviewed and no action was taken.

Also, what is up with masking the player name? This makes no sense, we reported them so why do you hide the last few characters of their name from us as if it is some kind of PII (Personally Identification Information) violation? I am sure most have done what I do and write their name down or post it in a text file with the date and then wait to hear back anyway.

This is not something we're looking at implementing, but I appreciate the feedback.

Thank you for the reply! Are you able to help define "recent changes"? Has loot spawn been altered at any point, on any maps? This would answer a lot of questions for many :)

Since we released the game there have been many loot spawn changes, but none have been made recently aside from the addition of the Skorpion.

Mainly aimed at Devs/Forum Mods who can pass this feedback on....

I think most of us kinda dont expect much to come from submitting a cheat report - and felt it entered a disparate black hole never to be heard of again.

It was encouraging to hear lately from posters that they were being informed of successful action (banning) from their reports.

This seemed to sync with Fix PUBG - though we hope report reviewing is still ongoing even if that has concluded.

Cut a long story short - can we get some kind off notification that our reports have been reviewed - even if not successful.

Should be fairly straight forward to implement. Reporters already get notification if their reports leads to a ban - it should be easy enough to trigger another canned notification if your report was not accepted. Simpy tick box flag for reviewer.

Would go a long way to feeling like the Report system actually works.

Unless of course...no-one is reviewing them....

All reports are reviewed, I just want to make this clear.  I understand your want for notifications regarding unsuccessful reports, but this is not something we're looking at implementing, or something which is standard within gaming.

  7. Hey, super sorry about the delay. This one has been perplexing to me and we've been trying to reproduce. The closest replication we can find at the moment is if you bind your keys with one input language, and restart the game with English language input, the keys won't show as it has detected a different keyboard input language and some of the keys don't exist anymore.

As you may be aware Left Alt + Shift is the hotkey in Windows 7 to change input language, and on Windows 10 it is WIN+Space.  Are you using Windows 7 or 10? I just want to rule this out as a cause of the issue.

  8. Hello Alielfarsy,

Unfortunately due to lack of information on your report I am unable to provide you with any support.

If you can provide full information regarding your issue with running the Test Server client I would be happy to try and help you out.

So.  I've been using keyboard macros for the past few weeks.  Simple macros.  Hold to prone.

Just received a 24 hour ban.  I can only assume they're related since the only unusual gameplay pattern I've embraced lately is less time playing PUBG and more time playing BO4.  Huh.

I've DMed you to discuss this further. I can safely say that this ban was not for simply binding hold to prone.

Hey, can you supply me with the alphanumeric string from one of the games where you were experiencing high ping? I'll be able to ask the team to investigate your matchmaking in regards to your ping.

The string can be found under your healthbar/timeline when in game or replay.  For example, in this case it would be D14B98.

Please see my reply above, if you can supply me with the information requested I will have the team look into this.
