  1. Same problem, but after like 1 minute waiting it actually starts matchmaking and I'm able to find game in like 20 seconds. It wouldn't bother me much if it wasn't that it puts me in 220 ping servers smh.
  3. To further develop the problem in case a member of the staff reads this, whenever I try to play, the matchmaking goes infinite, it never finds a match no matter how much you wait. And it happens in all game modes of all regions except Asia, which I have 500+ ping connection to. I tried matchmaking at my friends house with my same PC and it finds instantly in any game mode in most regions, so its not due to lack of players or my PC. To add, I can't play with my friends as it also affects in which ever lobby I am, so it wont find games if Im with them.
  4. I have the same problem. Only servers I'm able to connect are Asian. I came to the conclusion that it is due to my specific router, the Sagemcom fast3686, but it was working normally before like update #16 which is weird. A lot of people from where I live (Argentina) that have the same problem all have this router provided by the same ISP (Fibertel). I contacted the ISP and the only workaround is plugging in another router, but I'm sure it's something Pubg Corb/Bluehole can fix with a patch, as it was working perfectly fine before an update.
  5. So, since Update#12 me and many other players (mostly from Argentina) haven't been able to play on our local servers due to a connection problem and there has not been a fix yet... Problem description: For me at least, the only servers I am able to connect to are Asia and sometimes Europe. The rest do not work, whenever I click on "Play/Ready" it goes into an infinite "started matchmaking" state. I am from Argentina (and so are most of the other people that have this problem apparently), and playing on Asian or European servers means that we are in great disadvantage because of the high ping. Another problem is that I cannot play with my friends because it also affects them whenever I'm in the squad (if they search a game without me, they are able to find one, always and instantly), this means it is not because of lack of players in the region (South American servers). Troubleshooting done: Restarting the looby, game, computer and internet router won't work. Reinstalling the game or veryfing the game files won't work either. The only "workarounds" found were 1) Using a vpn (which is stupid because you will have high ping, I might as well play on asian servers...); 2) Connecting to my phone via shared Wi-Fi (using 4g data, which I can't because I have no wifi card in my PC); or 3) Apparently, the problem is with the "Sagemcom" routers provided by the local ISP "Fibertel", having the router changed to a new and different one would fix it I think. Despite there are ways to workaround the problem, we shouldn't have to be doing all of this just to play the game. I was even thinking on buying the Event Pass but since I had this problem when it was available what was the point. It has been like 3 months since I've been able to play with low ping and with my friends on the local servers. The problem was reported by others since like Update#12, we are now in Update #20 with Sanhok in our hands but we are still unable to play correctly.

  9. Yo hice un post bien detallado hace pocos dias, ninguna respuesta todavia. Lo paso para el que quiera leer.

  11. Bug Description: Since I bought the game 6 months ago I haven't been able to play because of an error that occurs when I want to join a match. So, every time I click play, it connects me to a match, but it doesn't load in, the loading screen stays around for like a minute (with the animation of the 3 dots on the botton corner running fluently, unlike my friends' that stutter) and then gets me back to the main menu with a message saying "Connection Timeout - [Current game version]". This has been happening since I bought the game like 6 months ago, I have done many report posts but no answers nor solutions. Date Seen: July 6 - December 12 (Current date) Server: Both, normal and Test Server have the same issue. Troubleshooting Attempted: Everything on this topic, I also tried using a mobile hotspot, which made me able to actually play. I had no problems at all but lag (high ping) because of the low bandwidth provided by it. So it must be something with my internet and the game itself, as I am able to play every other game I have ever tried. Other Information: None Launch Options: None System Specifications: Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64bits Graphics Card: GTX 1050ti CPU: i5 6400 Ram: 8gb ddr4
  12. No, maybe you could send me a GOOD link on how to do it. However, even though that might fix it, we would be playing at a very high ping. And that doesn't fix that the game doesn't work properly for some.
  13. Happening the same thing to a friend, but since he bought it like 2 months ago. He was only able to play 2 games and as he has 6 hours registered in the game, he can't refund it. He didn't try connecting to other servers though (other than south american), however that would still be bullshit (having to play at very high ping).
  14. Yo, how do you "Change Timeout Detection and Recovery times"? Pls answer,a friend can't play the game because every time he tries joining a match, it drops him out with a Connection Timeout message.
