  5. Please make sure that you are logging in with your PUBG Account. Your PUBG Account credentials are the same that you created here: https://accounts.pubg.com/login If you already have a PUBG Account, and the email address that you are using for it is the same as the email address that you are using for the Developer Portal, no extra steps are necessary. When you login, be sure to use the password for your PUBG Account. Your apps and API keys will be exactly the same. If you don't have a PUBG Account, you will be asked to create one when you attempt to log into the Developer Portal. You do not need to create a PUBG Account ahead of time. As long as you create a PUBG Account with the same email address that you signed up with at the Developer Portal, everything will stay exactly the same for you. Your apps and API keys will not be changed. If you already have a PUBG Account, and the email address is different from the email address that you signed up with at the Developer Portal, you will need to update the email address for your PUBG Account. To update your PUBG Account email address, log into your account at https://accounts.pubg.com/login, navigate to the "Personal Info" section by clicking on your email address, and then select "CHANGE EMAIL" to change your email address. As long as your email addresses for both the Developer Portal and your PUBG Account match, you can login using your PUBG Account credentials and find your API keys right where you left them.

  11. Data from PUBG Mobile is not available using the PUBG API. I'm not aware of the existence of any API for that.
  12. Since the matches for PELC are currently being automatically uploaded to "eu-pelc", we've copied all of the matches from "eu-pelc19" into "eu-pelc" to make things a little easier for anyone looking for PELC matches. The older matches are still available under "eu-pelc19", so don't worry if you're still using that.

If you already have a PUBG Account, and the email address is different from the email address that you signed up with at the Developer Portal, you can either update the email address you are using at the Developer Portal to match your PUBG Account ahead of time, or update the email address for your PUBG Account. To update your email address in the Developer Portal, select "PROFILE" from the drop-down menu on the top right of the Developer Portal after you login. Then, change your email address to the one associated with your PUBG Account and click on "UPDATE USER". To update your PUBG Account email address, log into your account at https://accounts.pubg.com/login, navigate to the "Personal Info" section by clicking on your email address, and then select "CHANGE EMAIL" to change your email address. No action before Thursday is necessary unless you would like to update your email address in either the Developer Portal or your PUBG Account so that they match. As long as they match, you can login after this update using your PUBG Account credentials and find your API keys right where you left them.
