After reading through all the messages, I got in contact with Microsoft since we were having the same issues. Here is what they told me to do: 1. Please go to Home > settings > disc and blue ray > Blu-ray > persistent storage > clear persistent storage. (Please do this three times).2. Go to Home > settings > network > advance settings > alternate MAC address > clear > restart. After I did this, the Xbox reboots and then when I opened PUBG it only was on the white screen for a few seconds before the game started. I quit the game just to check, and it worked again. So thankful to Microsoft for helping out with this problem since none of the help messages from PUBG seemed to work.
