  10. Hey guys, we understand your frustrations regarding this matter and would like to assure you that we aim at providing a fair and pleasant gaming experience for all of our players. Our anti-cheat team are aware of the players discussed in this topic and have been actively issuing penalties to those that have violated the ROC, however, some of those involved have been able to create new accounts to evade the penalties given. We can't share specific information on our anti-cheat efforts but we are discussing internally, new measures to prevent this from happening in the future. In the meantime please continue using the tools listed below to report players to out anti-cheat team so they can investigate and punish those involved if found guilty. In-game report - Once you have been killed or while spectating you can press Y to submit a report. Use this link to submit a ticket providing us with Xbox Gamertags, video and any other evidence you may have. Thanks!

The question you quoted me was for @crevice who is experiencing similar issues, because this is not a widespread issue, having more videos from other players can help us understand if there are consistent patterns linking them to help resolve these issues.
