  2. Hi, did you check to see if you have the skins by going to Store > My Items? If they are not there you will need to contact our Customer Support team and submit a ticket sharing your in-game name and information about the issue.
  3. It doesn't seem to be widespread which is why we are asking for specific details. I play daily and haven't experienced the same problems shown by some of you guys and I'm on EU servers, however, a squad mate of mine lagged for around 1 min during a game on Sanhok 2 nights ago. We also monitor some streamers that play 6-8 hours per day and nothing like this is being reported by them. Please keep sending in the links to your videos as this helps us a lot. Thanks!
  4. Hi, we are currently investigating this issue. As a workaround, if you select claim all and exit to the title screen, your XP should be added to your account once you start the game.

  9. Hi, unfortunately, this isn't a widespread issue that many players are having which means it can be very difficult to resolve. Other players that had this issue resolved by changing their DNS to the Cloudfare DNS.   13. Once you store the can in your inventory the health restores to full meaning that you will have to shoot them all again. It's a 4 man.
  14. I watched this live. WJ had already shot these gas cans 3 times each prior to taking the last shot.
  15. You don't need to prime the gas can. They can be blown up if they have spawned or been placed by a player after being hit with multiple shots.

Thanks The duos game you played last night was on EU servers, the reason you might have come up against an American streamer is that they were randomly matched or had a friend from EU in their duo squad meaning that the system decided EU servers were the best option for both players based on their ping.
